KYM Culture

KYM believes that to have a successful organization is to have a culture based on a strongly held and widely shared set of beliefs that are supported by strategy and structure. When an organization has a strong culture, three things can happen: Employees know how top management wants them to respond to any situation, employees believe that the expected response is the proper one, and employees know that they will be rewarded for demonstrating the organization's values.

The key fundamentals help us get there:
Integrity - Consistent honesty and showing uncompromising adherence to strong moral and ethical principles and values. This works both ways as we take pride our integrity.
Innovation - The value of an idea is in using it. That involves listening to employees and providing a path for that idea.
Inclusion - Workplace inclusion is the culture in which a diverse group of people come to work feeling relaxed and self-assured to be themselves. Inclusion ensures that everyone feels valued and is positioned for success.
Opportunity - Circumstances that makes something possible is an opportunity. We can achieve this by allowing our employees to be heard. This includes the ability for professional development, with the potential for an impact to the organization.

KYM maintains a strong reputation for excellence established by KYM team members that ensure exceptional customer service, quality programs, on-time delivery and satisfied clients.
