We provide internal and external communications and web services support; data governance, data standards, and data quality support; data visualization, business intelligence / dashboard development; data science and engineering, and network analytics; and program / project management of the overall program. During our tenure we helped our customer transition from strategy development and static “placemats” to delivering operational capabilities that synthesize and dynamically deliver mission critical information to mission users and agency leadership. We help our customers manage and convert agency data into actionable information.
US Department of Agriculture
KYM is supporting major IT systems implementation for a USDA – providing Agile coaches, Release Train Engineers (RTEs), Scrum Masters (SM), Product Management / Owner specialists. Helping the agency transition from a waterfall to a lean-agile approach using the essential Scale Agile Framework (SAFe), we are leading the Agile Release Train (ART) and delivering close to 100% of our story points on time for every program increment (PI) delivering high quality working software that meets business needs. Our delivery focuses on the following values: Clear Values – we set clear expectations for all participants and ask them and their leadership to commit to them making them publicly available to all program staff; Exposing Impediments Quickly and Visibly – our RTE and scrum masters use methods to quickly identify impediments and make them visible to everyone on the program; Reflect, Learn, and Adapt – in each PI, we reserve time to consider what happened, evaluate it, and make changes to improve enabling the ART to function effectively and continually improve.
